The Burholme Business Association Fall Festival will take place on Sunday, Sept. 18, from 1 to 4 p.m. along the 7300 block of Rising Sun Ave., between Oxford Avenue and Bleigh Avenue.
There will be street vendors, bag toss, raffles, food, games, prizes and live music.
